Privacy policy - Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

Dear User,

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. In accordance with this law, data processing will be carried out based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights. Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:


1. The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes: compliance with obligations under tax laws and for purposes related to obligations required by laws, regulations, and EU legislation; promotion and sale of products and services of our company or third-party companies and for any other purpose functional to our company’s activities.

2. The processing will be carried out using the following methods: manual and computerized.

3. Providing the data is mandatory, and any refusal to provide such data may result in the failure or partial execution of the contract and/or the termination of the relationship.

4. The data may be communicated to: accounting firms, labor consulting firms, trade associations, banks, debt collection companies, insurance companies, survey firms, law firms, public entities, and third parties to complete the service.

5. The data controller of personal data: Parts’n’code, located in Alba Adriatica (TE) Via Quintino Rubini, 5, represented by its Legal Representative Mr. Denis Cordoni, resident in Alba Adriatica (TE), who also serves as the Data Processing Officer.

6. At any time, you may exercise your rights towards the data controller pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to be informed of:

a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors, and the designated representative as per Art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State’s territory, processors, or appointees.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations mentioned in points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared to the right to be protected.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

In reference to current and future business relations with Parts’n’code, I declare that I have received and reviewed the above information notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Law No. 196/2003, along with a copy of Art. 7 of the same Law, and I give my consent to the processing and communication of my data classified as personal by the aforementioned Law, within the limits and for the purposes specified in the information notice.
